I have worked for years with Ximena Rebolledo León in both a professional and volunteer capacity.  From the beginning, I was impressed by her high intelligence, her clear and direct communication style, and her ability to balance professionalism with a sense of humor. Ximena is both a strategic thinker and a detail-oriented administrator who adds high value to every team she leads or on which she participates.
